The Management Study Program at Gajayana University evaluates the satisfaction of academic and management services. The basis for this questionnaire is as stipulated in Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Number 7 of 2020 about the Establishment, Change, and Dissolution of State Higher Education, and the Establishment, Change, and Revocation of Permits for Private Higher Education, which concerns academic and management services. Therefore, we urge all students to participate in the survey on satisfaction with academic and management services in academic activities on campus. The results obtained will be used as a reference for improvement of the study program in the future.
